The Huguenot Foundation of South Africa is an umbrella organisation that encompases the controlling boards of three distinct entities, namely:

The members of the  Huguenot Society of South Africa endeavours to preserve and promote the Huguenot heritage in South Africa through various activities, and undertake research into the history and genealogy of Huguenot families in South Africa. For more information about the Society, click here.
 
The Huguenot Monument is situated in Franschhoek, South Africa, and is managed by a Board of Control whose members are appointed by Huguenot Foundation of South Africa.

The Huguenot Memorial Museum in Franschhoek, South Africa, is managed by a Board of Trustees whose members are appointed by the Western Cape Provincial government as part of the museums of the province.

A separate not-for-profit entity, the Huguenot Trust of South Africa, is the legal owner of the buildings in which the Huguenot Museum is located in Franschhoek, Western Cape, South Africa; the contents of the museum, as well as the grounds on which the Huguenot Monument has been erected. It also serves as a fundraising body for the Foundation and looks after its investments.
